- Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share webinar materials without prior written consent from Women Empowerment Hub.
4. **Confidentiality**:
- Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the webinar.
- Sharing of personal stories or experiences by participants should be done with respect for privacy and consent of those involved.
5. **Liability**:
- Women Empowerment Hub is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the webinar.
- Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own actions and decisions made as a result of information obtained during the webinar.
6. **Cancellation and Refunds**:
- Women Empowerment Hub reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the webinar at any time.
- In the event of cancellation by Women Empowerment Hub, registered participants will be notified, and refunds may be issued at the discretion of Women Empowerment Hub.
7. **Feedback and Reviews**:
- Participants may be asked to provide feedback on the webinar experience.
- Women Empowerment Hub reserves the right to use participant feedback for promotional purposes.
8. **Governing Law**:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
9. **Modification**:
- Women Empowerment Hub reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the webinar landing page.
